The relationship between Pep Guardiola and Bielsa
After a difficult start to the season, Manchester United under manager Ralf Rangnick have been showing strong progress, both in terms of results and performances on the pitch. However, it is highly likely that the German strategist is still not appointed as the official captain of the Red Devils.
In the opinion of Tony Cascarino, coach Marcelo Bielsa will be a completely suitable choice for Man Utd to replace Rangnick next summer. Talking to talkSPORT, the former Chelsea player shared (sourced by Metro):
“Personally, I love his football philosophy. I think Bielsa would be an incredible fit for Manchester United.”

Who will replace Rangnick?
“The reason that Bielsa doesn’t stick with clubs or doesn’t commit to them, is because he just feels his work should be judged on a year-to-year basis.”
“I think, Bielsa got a signing in many ways. Think about Leeds before being taken over by Bielsa, and see where they are at the moment.”
“Have they ever competed with Man City, Liverpool, Manchester United, clubs with huge salaries? No, but Bielsa makes very, very efficient teams.”
“Bielsa has done it in a very different way, in different places and in different countries.”
