Impressive moments of Romelu Lukaku on the training ground

Speaking to Metro, coach Thomas Tuchel answered a question about Romelu Lukaku’s not very good goalscoring statistics:  “We demand a lot of strikers in terms of intensity of the game, so there are many reasons. lead to such a reality.

 Lukaku has only scored 10 goals in 27 appearances this season.

In the Club World Cup final, Romelu also contributed a very important goal. So it’s not true to say we’re disappointed in the statistics, of course we sympathize with Romelu. I’m pretty sure he wanted to create good stats from the start, but we’re all human and there’s room for improvement. We also require a lot of strikers in terms of defensive support.”
